You should always consult your tax professional with respect to the treatment of any donation, however, you should be aware that you may not be entitled to a tax deduction with respect to charitable contributions of $250 or more unless you print the appropriate acknowledgement/confirmation page.
In the event we are required to respond to subpoenas, court orders or other legal process, your personally identifiable information may be disclosed pursuant to such subpoena, court order or legal process, which may be without notice to you.

The Site is a general audience site. We do not currently collect any personal information from children under the age of thirteen on the Site.
